
After your pick up order is placed, we will be in touch to let you know when your order is ready to collect - most orders will be coming over from our warehouse, so we will let you know when your order is ready to collect. Local customers can choose to collect from our shops - you'll find the Pick Up tab on the Delivery page in the check out. Costs are automatically calculated based on distance and time of day, and usually delivered within three hours. Orders received on weekends will be sent the following working weekday. Orders received before 4:30 pm weekdays will be dispatched the same day orders received after that will be dispatched the following week day. This premium across-town service is available for London-based customers who need their order ASAP. Same Day Delivery (weekdays, London only): Any questions regarding your delivery, please get in touch. If you are not home at the time of delivery, DHL will attempt to leave your order safe with a neighbour where possible, rather than returning it to us. The vast majority of orders sent via DHL are received the following working weekday but please allow up to 3 working days in the event of an unexpected delay with the courier service.
